The Italian Historic Hillclimb Championship starts this weekend with the Cronoscalata Lago – Montefiascone. Around 115 drivers have entered for this 4,75 kilometre long hillclimb. A number of sportscars are entered including Uberto Bonucci and Stefano Peroni. In the modern support race there is an interesting entry of Michele Fattorini in an Osella PA21 JRB.

The 10 kilometre long Salita del Costo in northern Italy will open the Italian Hillclimb Cup North this weekend. Among the 150 entrants are some famous drivers who will use the event to test.
